Ker Cadélac, a family-run, affordable brand with simple and quality products! 
  • 1968
    A story of Pound Cake: A pastry chef set up a pound cake production unit in the basement of his home, under the Ker-Cadélac brand. 
  • 1970
    Time for Madeleines! Building on the success of its pound cakes, Ker Cadélac added all butter Madeleines to its range of pastries. 
  • 2015
    Ker Cadélac goes red: After several decades with the same branding, Ker Cadélac updated its packaging and its logo, with Miss Cadélac, the mascot, has been reasserted.

Maison Colibri blends innovation, gourmet delight, creativity, and chocolate-making expertise to craft unique and irresistible madeleines. 
  • 1896
    The first Colibri biscuit factory: Creation of the Biscuiterie Sire de Pons. Madeleines are handmade and sold outside the train station.  
  • 1922
    A new biscuit factory: Baker Daniel Faure created the Petit Colibri biscuit factory. With the aim of creating pastries as light as the Hummingbird.  
  • 2017
    The Hummingbird flies again: The brand rose from the ashes with a new identity: Maison Colibri. New recipes for madeleines were created. 

Patisseries with character since 1949 

Le Guillou, a patissier with character, excels in combining pure butter and generosity in its Breton specialities. 
  • 1949
    The beginning of a long story: René and Marie take over the family bakery in Roudouallec, creating the “Gâteau Breton” and the pound cake, which are delivered by “estafette”.  
  • 1991
    The spotlight shines: Le Guillou gives Claudio Chiappucci his weight in cakes during the Tour de France, making headlines in the media and appearing on TF1.  
  • 2015
    Beyond the borders of Brittany: Le Guillou expanded and conquered non-Brittany populations by extending its pastries of character beyond Brittany.

The French artisan pâtissier sharing its recipes with families all over the world! 
  • 2019
    Merger of two brands: The two brands Breton Gourmand and Coathalem merge to create the Pâtisserie Tradition brand. 
  • 2020
    A new look: The brand's visual identity has been modernized, and its positioning has been enhanced to establish it as a distinct brand.
